Leveraging the DAM enables our clients to store and catalog an unlimited amount of variable content for direct and digital initiatives, exponentially increasing the degree of personalization in print. Direct Mail

With an on-site unit of the United States Postal Service (USPS), both print and finishing integrity are monitored directly by the post office. Mail leaves our facility and is directed to the proper partner or postal entry facility to ensure fast, efficient delivery to all recipients.

Our in-house National Change of Address (NCOA) processing allows mailing lists to be updated quickly, with a high level of accuracy. We also leverage Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb) to track receipt and can even link IP address data to help synchronize delivery of direct and digital communications.

Precision Dialogue has received Chain of Custody (CoC) Certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Sustainable Forest Initiative (SFI) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). View our Sustainability Policy.

The FSC, SFI and PEFC are independent, worldwide organizations that focus their efforts on finding viable solutions that promote responsible stewardship of the world’s forests. All organizations have Chain of Custody (CoC) programs which track and record the possession and transfer of wood from the forest of origin, through the various stages of production, to the end user.

Products carrying the FSC, SFI or PEFC label assure consumers that they come from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations. Certified paper is available for any printing work upon request.
