Todd Thompson's career spans 20 years in a variety of senior marketing and advertising positions. Before joining Precision Dialogue as a partner and co-owner, Todd served as Chief Marketing Officer at KeyCorp. During his tenure at Key, Todd spearheaded a nationally-recognized initiative to develop an automated opportunity identification and distribution system leveraging the Key marketing database. Prior to Key, he was Vice President, Account Director for Wyse Advertising, Ohio's largest advertising agency.
Todd is also the co-founder of THMG, LTD; a Data Analytics firm that focuses on acquiring, optimizing and retaining customers.
Todd's extensive experience in database marketing, branding and marketing communications has resulted in frequent speaking engagements on customer management and branding.
