A New Breed of Analytically-Driven 1:1 Marketing

In 2009, middle-market private equity firm Kirtland Capital Partners announced they were going to invest in a leading direct mailing business, Northwest Mailing Service, Inc. which would serve as a platform for strategic follow-on acquisitions.

After the infusion of capital from Kirtland Capital Partners, the Northwest founders remained focused on broadening the company’s capabilities to include more integrated direct marketing services.

In 2010, under the leadership of CEO Tom Ragen, the Company acquired Metrics Marketing Group. Metrics Marketing's data analytics and interactive service capabilities added instant synergy to Northwest’s core direct mail business. Today, both companies operate under the Precision Dialogue umbrella - a brand personifying a more expansive and progressive 1:1 marketing platform.
