Marci brings a unique perspective to every project by blending her broad experience in sales, marketing, design and interactive technologies, which drives her ability to assess e-strategies, synchronize brand extension and create the user experience online.
She is an active member of the National DMA and the President of Northern Ohio Direct Marketing Association. She was instrumental in establishing the regional direct marketing conference, Interaction - the Great Lakes DM Day and is a frequent speaker at local seminars and volunteers with the March of Dimes. Recently, she was honored in Crain's Cleveland Business as Cleveland's top 40 business professionals under 40 years old.
Prior to joining Precision Dialogue, she was a Business Development Manager and Account Manager with FutureNext Consulting's e-Commerce Practice. She synchronized branding and messaging with marketing strategy, defined and created the user experience and managed the day-to-day progress of many business-to-business and business-to-consumer projects.
From 1996 to 1999, Marci was the General Manager at Digital Navigation. She was an integral part of growing the start-up company through new business development, establishing partnerships and overall strategic planning. Marci also served as an interactive designer in the mid-90s with industry leader Vantage One Communications (which sold to FutureNext Consulting, Inc. in 1999).
Marci's skills in sales, management, design, creative, and technology all started with a BFA from Parson School of Design in New York. She traveled extensively throughout the United States and European continent before coming back to Cleveland. She currently resides in Lakewood with her husband Jeff and their three sons.
