Jonathan Hill's career includes 19 years in financial services marketing, database marketing development, predictive modeling, customer segmentation and analysis, and direct marketing. Before joining Precision Dialogue as a partner and co-owner, Jonathan was Vice President for Database Marketing at KeyCorp. Previously, he served as Vice President of Direct Marketing and Decision Support for National City Corporation.

Jonathan is also the co-founder of THMG, LTD; a database marketing firm that focuses on acquiring, optimizing and retaining customer relationships.

While at KeyCorp and National City, Jonathan developed industry leading consumer and business-to-business direct marketing applications - many of which have been featured in direct marketing and general marketing publications. Jonathan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
