Joseph has nearly fourteen years experience in the related fields of marketing communications. Prior to joining Precision Dialogue in April of 2005, Joseph spent fours years with National City Corporation as an Assistant Vice President for both the Corporate Banking Marketing, and Customer Contact divisions. In those roles he managed lead generation programs, developed and executed e-mail and web marketing strategies, and oversaw tradeshow activities, branding efforts, and direct mail programs. In the years prior, Joseph served as Product Marketing Manager for a dot com; as Marketing Manager for a publishing company in Baltimore, Maryland; an Account Manager, and as a Marketing and PR Associate for a local non-profit. His expertise is in e-mail marketing, CAN-SPAM compliance, e-mail best practices, direct mail, list management, and detailed project management.

Joseph’s primary role at Precision Dialogue is Project Manager, where he over see’s all aspects of client relations, sales, support, and strategy. He is proficient in most Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Visio, and Project, and has a working understanding of HTML. In addition, Joseph is responsible for e-mail activities through our deployment partner, ExactTarget, including list management, template creation, dynamic content, surveys, and preference center management.

Joseph's continuing education has encompassed DMA Financial Marketing Conference, ExactTarget Users Conference, DMA B2B Conference, DMA Lead Generation Seminar, DMA Net.Marketing Seminar.   In addition, he has successfully completed training programs in direct mail, time management, copywriting, customer service, correspondence skills, graphic arts, and media relations.

Joseph is a graduate from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Telecommunications.  He currently makes his home in Brecksville, Ohio with his two children, Samantha and Nolan, wife Patti and dog Java.
