An understanding of the CAN-SPAM Act is helpful, but in order to solve the complexities created by its requirements, it is wise to consider an Email Service Provider. Precision Dialogue is one such expert that focuses exclusively on the practical and legal aspects of permission based email.

    • All emails must have a unsubscribe or opt-out process
      • Exceptions are for an internal audience within a corporation or a transactional message
      • Once an end user has opted-out, they are immediately placed on the unsubscribe list, and they may not be emailed to again without further consent. The unsubscribe list is emailed to the client after the campaign so that the client can maintain best practices internally as well.
