Part-Time Human Resources Generalist
The Precision Dialogue Part-time HR Generalist position is to handle day to day human resource management in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. This includes systems and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and ongoing support. Individual will work closely with all functional business groups and operations groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives. The position will also be responsible for staff development and vendor relationship management. Expectation is to work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for the administration, maintenance and training on the Resource Allocation and Portfolio Project Management platform utilized by Precision Dialogue. The Resource Coordinator will identify and define processes and implement them throughout the company. This person will collaborate with the different department heads to ensure visibility of upcoming projects in the system and develop visibility into resource needs.
User Research Manager
Precision Dialogue is an analytics-driven, multi-channel, customer engagement firm in Cleveland, Ohio. We are currently looking for a Research & Customer Experience Manager due to continued growth. This person will be responsible for leading user research studies, including facilitating, data analysis, report writing and client management. This senior position will provide mentorship to the team, with possible direct report(s). The candidate must be detail-oriented focused on delivering high quality deliverables, have a passion for the field of usability and user research, and possess empathy with a drive to create outstanding customer experiences.
Adobe Campaign Marketing Cloud Technical Architect
The Architect will be responsible for the systems architecture of the Adobe Campaign solution and the hands on technical integration with proprietary Precision Dialogue marketing technologies. This candidate must have a broad range of consulting knowledge, skills, and experience with the ability to scope, architect, and implement the Adobe Campaign enterprise marketing platform. The successful candidate should be an expert in the underlying technologies used in the deployment of the platform, and must be comfortable with technical knowledge, client interactions, communications, project management and documentation. In addition, the role will play a significant part in presales discussions – providing wide-ranging knowledge to the sales cycle on the specific requirements of the solution architecture.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Consultant
The Marketing Consultant is a digital marketing consultant who partners with the account, analytics, and business intelligence team to monitor channel performance metrics leading to refining email/digital marketing strategy with a focus on leveraging the marketing automation platforms more effectively. Consulting focus with a deep knowledge of marketing automation technology and marketing strategy is critical.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Program Manager
A Program Manager serves as the leader, manager and primary point of client interaction for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud email deployment campaigns. The Program Manager will partner with the Account team and is accountable for accuracy, timeliness, consistency of all campaigns executed on behalf of the client, and is responsible for ensuring that campaigns are scheduled and planned in such a way as to ensure that resources are not over-scheduled or otherwise engaged in a manner inconsistent with Precision Dialogue's core values.

A Technical Architect is a technical developer with experience in Web Development technologies that supports projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies (formerly known as ExactTarget ) as well as other Web Development platforms. This individual takes the requirements written by a Technical Consultant and writes back end code that supports the activities performed by the Front End Developer team.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect
A Solution Architect is a hybrid business and technical consultant that works alongside new clients as they transition into a the Salesforce Marketing Cloud application. Responsibilities include: technical, marketing and business related requirements gathering as well as effective management of a cross functional services team and successful solution roll-out. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and associated business processes as well as experience in managing a technical engagement from inception through final deployment.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Production Specialist
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Production Specialist works within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services team to code email campaigns and landing pages. This role includes coding HTML emails, building template-based emails, and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's proprietary scripting language, automation and database tools to ensure that customers' emails are dynamic, efficiently-coded, and render correctly across a wide variety of email clients. In addition, the Production Specialist is responsible for conducting preliminary testing for functional and rendering quality, and preparing program assets for deployment by either the customer or an Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deployment Specialist
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deployment Specialist works within the Interaction Management team to provide support to customers in the deployment of their campaigns and related landing pages. This entry-level role executes the process of campaign deployment from receipt of customer's creative assets through the actual deployment of the campaign. This includes testing for functional and rendering quality, executing the test send, managing the client approval process, preparing the list and scheduling the deployment in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign applications.
Senior SQL Database Developer
This senior position is responsible for all activities required to provide a reliable, robust, and secure production environment for application databases. This will be a hands-on position involved in database architecture, design, development tasks, some day-to-day production issues, performance analysis, and other activities that may be necessary. These solutions are multi-terabyte databases implemented primarily using Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition (2008, 2008R2 and 2012) and utilize enterprise features such as table partitioning.
